Parents, Guardians, and the Seitz Elementary Community,

It is my pleasure to welcome you to Seitz Elementary School, home of the Dragons.  As I begin my seventh year as principal at our school, I am energized and deeply committed to making a positive difference in the lives of your children. Together with my exceptional staff, we will provide supportive systems for all students to ensure each child achieves their very best.  By focusing on a positive school culture, setting high standards for teacher performance, expecting academic growth for all students, and engaging the community, it is our goal at Seitz Elementary that all students are on track to be college and career ready.

With the onset of our global COVID19 pandemic our Seitz Elementary staff members are embracing the challenges and are planning diligently for the safe return of students to our school.  Through continuous collaborative efforts with USD 475 leadership, our school staff, and parents we will share our re-entry plan with families on August 24.  Between now and then we look for your trust and encouragement.  Please do know we want nothing short of the very safest place for your children.

I encourage you to visit our website (http://seitzelementary.usd475.org/) to become familiar with our Community Guide, the USD 475 Code of Conduct, and our plentiful COVID19 support documents.  I welcome your involvement and participation in our great school and look forward to working with you and your children as we strive toward an academically successful school year full of love, laughter, and learning.
